Q: car only 2 months old got 2000km on it .Toyota refuge to do anything even ,i buy 2 cars from this dealer last 2 years, i don't know how much damage car frame from leaking acid.
A: You should try to call Toyota public relations. They would mostly like want to hear about what happen. I would take a lot of pictures and documented who you spoken to and dated it all. Just like you would prepare for court. It is amazing how corperate respond to such complains. You should be able to get the contact information from toyotausa.com or what make it best if you could go back to the dealer ship and ask them for "corperate public relation" telephone and address. They can't refuse you the informations. Most of the Toyota stealership, are owneed by private person. You may want to ask for the owner and speak your mine. If all else failed, contact toyota.
