A: There are two aspects, one is safety and the other emission. In USA, I don't think "nano" will be able to pass through these hurdles. Another thing is that the car is very low with small tires which make it not suitable for high speeds for US highways. I would like to add another thing that in US people are so used to big cars that they don't care about the mileage anymore. If you see the last six months, there was not much decrease in sales of SUVs and big sedans. Basically, people don't like to change their shell now and world has to pay the price very soon.......all resources.......!!!
