Q: what would you do to it?
A: I assume you are asking mod wise. Well it sort of depends on what you want out of the car. If it was me, I would start with a set of good springs and some stiffer sway bares to tighten up the handling. Then I would get a short shifter and front and rear shifter bushings. I have them on my WRX and they are amazing. Then you might have different power goals than me but I would keep it simple. The car probably has good power all ready so I might get a Cobb Access Port to re flash the computer and that will bump up the power a little and make the power come on more smoothly. If you wanted a little more, you could get an after market down pipe and re flash it with a stage two map. This will bump power a goo 40hp and even more torque but I don't know if I would go that far. Check out legacygt.com to see what other Spec-B drivers are doing to theur cars.
