A: Yes if the 17" rims are the correct width and offset and stud pattern for your car (which shouldn't be a problem if you are buying them new). You will need to use a lower profile tyre than the 15" ones on your car, it may pay to call a tyre shop and tell them what your 15" tyres are (eg 195/50-15) and check that there is a 17' tyre available in a suitable size to give the same diameter. If you have to change the diameter up or down slightly, think about how slow/fast your speedo and odometer are from correct, and if there is clearance in your wheel arches for a slightly larger tyre.
