Q: Problem gets much worse in cold weather/winter. Second and third especially bad, second grates. Has only appeared since garage replaced clutch and gearbox oil a little while ago. Problem disappears/hardly noticeable when engine has warmed up. Car is an 8 valve 1.6 2000 model 206, 130 000 miles.
A: Try a different gear oil. Usually oil that causes problems that change with temperature.
