Q: is the 1999 peugeot 106 a front wheel drive and has it got power steering

A: ALL Peugeots are front wheel drive! The last rear wheel drive was the Peugeot 505. (1979-92) The first Front wheel drive (of the modern age) was the 204 (1965-75). Maybe PS existed in Peug 1930-40?? idk. The 204 was also the first small diesel passenger car! Power steering is an option that many cars can have, even the 106..but not always. IF THE CAR HAS POWER STEERING.. you will see a power steering fluid reservoir under the bonnet. (reddish fluid) And you will see two metal pipes going to greasy box at the base of the steering shaft.
