Q: What main difference between French cars and German's?
A: In 1995 the BMW would have used mainly German parts and most of those would have come from Bosch. The Peugeot would have been built with French parts and the majority of these would come from Valeo. The older BMWs are far better built than Peugeots and Bosch parts are far superior in my opinion. This would make the BMW seem like the obvious choice, but as someone whose worked on cars for the last 24 years I would have to say that if your not stuck between a choice of just these two cars you would be better going Japanese.
