Q:

A: There could be two extra fuses under the bonnet especially for the fan. two x 30 amps?? I have wiring schematics for every Peugeot except the 206..so this is an educated guess. On the 205 models (late 1990's) , the fuses are very close to the battery in their own little plastic box. In the 306 as well...(one 30 amp fuse) ...if I'm wrong, sorry. Maybe the fan motor itself is burned out. Try putting 12 volts directly to it, and see if it starts up. This is more likely your problem. Thirdly, the temperature sensor on the water (radiator) try bypassing it with a short wire, (as if it weren't even there) and see if the fan starts. (key could be on or off I believe).
