Q: hello i need a few hints with my car, the car starts fine but when u flick the acceleratator the revs drop and then go up like a kind of missfire. when its cold its worse. when the car gets hot the temperature goes right into the red before the fan cuts in but doesnt overheat. ive been told it may be the coilpack sending a backspark corrupting the ecu which is a known fault. i then need to get a bougicord coil pack item. can anyone help i need to know if this is it and where can i find one please
A: IF IF IF your coil pack is the same as one from a 1994 Peugeot 306, phase 1 model, 13 fuses in the fusebox, then I can get you one off a wrecked 306 in my town. For free. You just pay the postage from Belgium. And hurry, because the car is scrap metal and may disappear at any moment. But you have to do the homework...if it will fit your car???
