Q: ibought a peugeot 307 on finance last year.today i was online looking for an insurance quote and when i had to type in my reg plate it said my car was a toyota celia.worried i tried many more sites whic all said the same,what does this mean?have welcome finance sold me a ringer?
A: It may be a "data entry error ". i.e finger trouble in keeping records. The insurers all use the same database so it may just be one single error that keeps coming up via different companies.
