Q: Peugeot partner 2.0 HDI 2002 won't start and the hazard warning lights come on automatically when I turn the ignition. What could be the reason?
A: I am unfamiliar with the car but that is typical behavior for an anti-theft system, a malfunction is making the car think its being stolen
