IF your 307 has rear drum brakes, then one brake shoe has come loose from its metal backing. This means that only one rear brake works. Allowing the weight of your car to slide backwards. IF your 307 has rear disc brakes, then the disc caliper pistons are not sliding closed firmly enough, squeezing the disc. The piston cylinder must be cleaned of rust, dirt, corrosion and rebuilt with new dust preventing rubber covers.
