Q: HELP ME, IT'S DOING MY HEAD IN!!!!

A: Do you have a squeeky sunroof? That can be fixed. But if you have a metal roof, I suspect that one of the reinforcing struts INSIDE the roof is squeeking. Nothing can be done about that. IF THE PROBLEM is caused by the headliner rubbing against plastic or metal, this can be stopped. Inside the roof, there are at least 2 cross-members for strength. They are welded to the side ribs. A sunroof is sometimes installed between these cross-members. POSSIBLY IF YOU REMOVED the headliner cloth and stiff, molded backing, you could see the internal braces. Maybe if you had a sunroof installed, the faulty welding joint could be seen and re-welded??? lotta work. Or, just turn your stereo up real loud. ha ha, sorry, couldn't resist.
