A: Since it happens all year and you did not mention a smell like anti freeze - i believe in you situation that it is the drain hose on your evaporator core. Most people do not realize that when you use your defrost you are also running your air conditioning thus the moisture in the winter. The hose (if it is there - sometimes they come off) will lead out from the passenger compartmetent through the fire wall. And it will be on the passenger side. good luck
