Peugeot 306 new key doesn't operate central locking system?

Q: I had lost the original key of peugeot 306. I bought a new key and got it programmed. But the new key doesn't operate central locking system. Plz help me:(

A: Contact the dealership where you got the new key and ask for their advice. My car (ford) handbook tells me that any new keys should be put into the ignition and turned to the second position (without actually turning the engine on) wait a few moments and then take it out. It is possible that your new key hasn't been programmed properly!!
