Q: I though my indicator bulb needed replaing, however there was nothing wrong with the bulb. Some times it decideds to work and other times it doesn't. You can pull into a space and it doesn't work. The when you come back to the car it is fine. I have checked the bulb is in ok and all appears ok. Anyone else experienced this problem?

A: I'm guessing you have a faulty bulb SOCKET. The connection between the sides of the bulb and the socket is not firm. Sometimes when I hit the plastic lens with my fist, the light comes on. The license plate of my car has two bulbs. If one doesn't work, I gently kick the bumber...and it's ON. If you look inside a Peugeot bulb socket, you will see the absolute minimum amount of metal possible. I have been watching things "get cheaper" since my first fantastic 1974 Peugeot, a 204 sedan. PS: according to Alipali, on your other question, THERE IS NO RELAY, it's all hidden electronics.
