Q: I am getting a 2005 model, around 10,000 miles in both Peugeot 206 (1.4 l , manual , 5 door) and ford fusion (1.4 2 , manual, 5 door) for similar price........which is good deal ? (I am looking for a reliable small family car.)

A: These are both very reliable and dependable cars. However the peugeot does not have many service facilities in this country. So, unless you have one near by that you can depend on being there in the future, or if you are a mechanic, I would not by the Peugeot. The fusion has lots of service facilities, Parts are more readily obtained. Many independent shops can service the Fusion. As a result parts and service are less expensive for the Fusion. If money and time to wait for parts and repairs is not a concern then drive both cars and pick the one you like to drive best. If money and time cannot be wasted then pick the Ford Fusion. I know you will enjoy driving both cars. Be sure to have them checked by a mechanic before you buy.
