Q: Hello, I have some 15" alloy wheels that came stock with my R Reg Peugeot 306 turbo diesal. I have been told there 15 inch so i assume there correct. How can I find out the rim size as I have a buyer that is interestedd. Regards, Tom

A: If the tyres are still on the rims, look at the raised letters/numbers on the tyres. As of 1995, all 306's came with 13" or 14" rims. The rim size in diameter is the last number of the tyre size. Example 175/65 R 14 means 175mm wide, 65% of 175mm in height, Radial tyre, 14 inch diameter. If the rims have NO tyres, just measure the diameter with a ruler. 15" is 15 inches. I don't have a Peugeot 306 book that is newer than 1995, sorry. Certainly in 1994, the 15" alloy wheels were available on the 306 Xsi petrol model... until the 306 was discontinued in 2001. (probably the nicer diesel models too)
