The digital screen is a combination of many things, Language, Hour, Minute, Date, Year, month, day, 12/24 hrs, temperature, F, C, Kilometers, miles.... In this case, you hold the left button in for 2 seconds. Then push the left button in several times to reach the "Thing" you wish to change. Hour is the second position, and minutes is the third position. Then push the RIGHT SIDE button to make a change. If you don't push any buttons for 10 seconds, the screen goes back to the basic setting.
