Q: I HAVE PARTNER WHICH NEVER GACE ME PROBS ITS ONLY DONE 88000 MILES BUT RECENTLY IT STARTED TO START SPECIALLY IN THE MORNINGS I HAD TO WARM PLUGS 3 OR 4 TIMES FOR IT TO START SO I CHANGED THE PLUGS NOW IT STARTED TODAY AS I DROVE ALONG IT SUDDENLY LOST POWER THEN I GOT IT STARTED THEN IT DROVE OK FOR A MILE OR TWO BEFORE CUTTING OUT AGAIN WIERD AS I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBS BEFORE THOUGH THE BELT AROUND POWER STEERING WAS CHANGED RECENTLY IT DOES SLIP MAKES AWFULL SCREECHING SOUND BUT DROVE FINE CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE WHEN I BROUGH THE VAN IT DID NOT HAVE THE KEYPAD CONNECTED AND I HAVE DROVE IT FOR 2 YEARS WITH NO PROBS SO IM RULING OUT IMOBILISER
A: the glow plughs you got could be dodgy? if not then going backwards from that theres not enough power getting to them, is the alternator giving the battery enuf power. did you even get the right glow plugs? diesel pump? if that loose belt runs the diesel pump that could cause it
