Q: I am getting a 97 mustang v6 stock. Someone I know has a 92 eagle talon stock with 4 cylinder engine. Someone else i know has a 99 mercury cougar with a v6 stock engine. These cars are all manual. Saying that we all have the same driving experience - who's car is most likely to win a street race (no we will not be street racing) going from 0 to about 60 mph? I would like to know because they keep bragging about how they think their car is faster.
A: well the cougar has the lowest power to weight ratio, second is the talon, and the mustang is bringing up the rear... however that is talking about power to weight ratio not about torque range even though the mustang has the highest and should be the slowest in the over all the 0-60 might be shorter because of the torque curve... so to keep it short... kinda my answer is 1.cougar 2.talon 3.mustang
