Firebird, Mustang Camaro?

Q: Im getting myself a project car, my 1st. Its between a 1983 Z28 Camaro (Red, auto,140k), a 1990 Mustang LX (Maroon, 138K, auto, 2.4L I4) a 1985 Firebird (Blue, 130K auto). Which could I find more parts for? Which would sound better? which would you buy?? If you know of anything else that would be helpful in my choice, thanks!!

A: The ones that have the most parts on the market are the GM models. That is because they are of poor quality, and they need to be fixed on a regular basis. Also in order to push the performance, stock parts just will not do. You can tune the exhaust for what ever sound you want in a lot of manners, I will always think that a Dodge Hemi with a 3/4 grind cam sounds best. Given your choices I would take the Mustang. Because it is the cheapest to build power in. This is not because after market parts cost less, it is because so many of the components in the power train can take the strain for a street-able engine.
