Q: hi well thanks for the effort to help, but am 1000% sure that the VIN number ( JHMES86902S200808 ) is on the car. is it possible i can post a pic od it. If it is incorrect well it may be the fault of the export car dealer that deals with the dealer in my country. By the way i live in GUYANA. Fine i've been riped off. now i have to drive it. the engine has a number D15Y4 2000479 wat does dat mean. and i'm sure of that too. i know now the RS on the fornt means Rally Sport, wat does that mean, i guess i mite have a kinda fast car but i would like to know the good and bad of the RS honda civic 2000. thanks

A: It is the vin number. The J indicates that it is a Honda made in Japan. There is no such thing as a Civic RS. RS is the sport version of cars. The sport version of the Civic is the Civic Si or Type-R In Japan and Europe. RS was taken off another car. The Civic is a great car. Very very reliable, fun to drive, has a high revving engine, good handling, great on gas.
