A: hyundai santro is based on the very first atos which was dated 1998.. it still a good car but you've to accept a really "plastic" dash board, no lateral airbags ( at least in my country) and the engine has just 12 valves instead 16v of the new one. I 10 looks charming, it's more comfortable .... it had 4 stars on euroncap crash test ( max is 5). the automatic transmission doesn't change too much... if you want to buy a cheap car and you don't pay attention to the depreciation you can buy a santro. I 10 is the best choice if you often change car or you prefer a more desiderable, safe and smart citycar
