A: Yes. The difference depends upon what year you are talking about. Mainly in every year the Z28 had the most powerful v8 available in the camaro. In recent years the base model only had a v6. In some years there was also an ss model that offered a v8. There were also differences in the wheels available and the suspension in some years. Of course there were also differences in body molding, spoilers and trim pieces.
