Q: Okay, I am thinking of purchasing a used Range rover from 1996-2001. I just want to know if these vehicle are reliable or not. Any input?
A: Land Rovers are expensive to repair! Land Rover/Range Rover is the real winner on living in the shop. These things break down all the time, will leave you stranded and drain your wallet to repair. There are stats on the web that show the reliability of all car makers....Range Rover/Land Rover is always the worse. If you like to spend money yet never drive...buy a Land Rover. If you like to drive and not spend money...buy a Lexus/Toyota. Get a 1994-99 Toyota Land Cruiser!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
