A: Manual tranny?? Automatic only I think. The EPA ratings are 15 mpg hwy / 10 mpg city but if it's not well tuned or driven hard you'd get less than that. My Dad had an Olds Dynamic 88 ('66?) with the 425 Rocket in it - a great car.
