Q: There are many people who can identify the make and model of a car by looking at it from any angle.....what is the trick? can someone remember the names and body style of all kind of cars to identify that way?
A: Most manufacturers have defining features. The lights, grill, panels, door handles etc. will have a very distinctive style, and so it's easy to tell who makes the car from seeing very small sections of it. The size, shape and features around that can give you clues as to what model in that manufacturers range you're looking at (seen as most manufacturers only produce one or two cars of a particular size or format). Of course it's a lot easier if you can see the whole car as then you can easily work off the whole body styling, size and format... but it's not too hard even when looking at very small sections of a car when you know what to look out for.
