Q: My fan blow apart while I was driving. I research recall on the net and found out the part was defective now they won't cover repairs.
A: Did you contact KIA at 1-800-333-4542 ? The thing about recalls is that they may not cover all cars. Your car may not be part of the recall. Did you receive a recall letter?
