A: If it is the same car, but one has launch control, then the launch control will make the car accelerate as fast as it can. A Normal manual can accelerate as fast if you let go of the clutch at a certain rpm just like the launch control does. But Launch control is the fastest it an go so a regular manual cannot beat launch control. It can just match it.
