Q: What kind of luck have you had out of the kia brand?
A: My friends and I all work at car dealerships and see these things fail catastrophically right at around 100k miles. Transmissions fail, engines screw up, it's not little stuff. It's drastic. Stay away from Kia or anything Korean for that matter. This includes hyundai and suzuki. And daewoo if they still make cars.
