A: The Murcielago LP-640 does use a 6469cc V12 that develops 631bhp (640ps hence the name). Lamborghini has evolved their V12 everytime a new model comes out. The '01-'06 Murcielago had a 6192cc V12 that develop 570bhp and the model before that, the '00-'02 Diablo 6.0 had a 550bhp 5992cc V12.
