A: A Coupe is a 2 door car with a roof(hardtop). It can be a 2-5 seater car. ex. Porsche Cayman, Nissan 350z, Scion tC, and Honda Civic Coupe. A 2 door, 2 seater convertible is called a Roadster. ex. Porsche Boxster, Nissan 350z softtop, Honda S2000. A 2 door, 4-5 seater convertible is just called a convertible. ex. Audi A4, BMW 3 series, Chrysler Sebring.
