A: Step 1: Find an unattended car on the street running or with the keys in it. Step 2: "Borrow" the unattended vehicle...make sure you memorize the name on the registration (typically found in the glove box) in case step 3 becomes necessary. Step 3: If stopped by the police tell them you are borrowing it. If that doesn't work and you find yourself in Jail, take a correspondence course in English communications, preferably sentence syntax.
