Q: I have a Vectra B 2.2 Petrol which I have replaced the cyclinder head on. Now when the ignition is turned on the "spanner in a car" light flashes and the engine does not start. I have checked and rechecked all the connections. and on a cheap OBD diagnostic machine it comes up as no faults. Any suggestions ? , Thanks
