Q: What Does 'LS' stand for... for e.g. Vauxhall Astra/Vectra/Zafira 'LS' only I really don't know And also what does 'DTi' stand for??
A: I don't think LS means a Luxury Spec, my 1.2 LS Corsa doesn't have power steering, electric windows, leather seats, air conditioning or anything of the sort... I think it actually refers to a 'basic' trims, certain Chevrolet vehicles are also labelled LS and are of a 'low-end' trim. Chevrolet is produced by General Motors, as are Vauxhalls for Opel, I'd be very surprised if the two weren't related. I hope this half-hearted response helps! :-)
