A: Anything is "do-able", if you are prepared to spend enough. If the car was flooded to above the window line for more than an hour or so you are looking at complete running gear replacement, new electrical system, new interior fittings at least. At a GM dealer that would, with the labour, be more than the write-off value. If you are thinking of a DIY job then it's a lot cheaper, but remember that the furnishings will probably never clean up well enough. The engine and gearbox will have to be completely stripped to individual components for cleaning, and most of the electrics also
