Q: I'm looking for a turbo manifold for my 2005 Nissan Altima 3.5 VQ35DE engine but, can't seem to find one individually for my T/3 T/4 turbo. The complete kits cost as much as $5,000.00 +.
A: Your best bet at the moment is going to be to search Ebay or other online auction/classified listings. Since the Altima never came with a factory turbo option, you will have a hard time finding just an exhaust manifold for it. You could also have one custom made for your car by a reputable shop that knows what they are doing. Drop by www.nicoclub.com and check out the Altima forums. There is one member who has a turbo Altima coupe and in his write up he details what he did with his car. Might give you some insight as to what needs to be done.
