Q: I like the style of the smaller 01, I've driven the 06 and it feels sluggish and heavy, is the 01 sportier? And do they get the same mpg? And what major features are standard on an 01? (bose, hid lights, etc...)
A: id say go for the 5th gen, (01) because, its sportier, and like they said doesnt have the sluggish feeling. id get the 02-03 maxima, because the 01 only has 222 hp at the crank where as the 02-03 models have an upgraded 3.5L 255 hp engine. If you go for the 01 look for the "Anniversary Edition", it comes with polished wheels, anniversary edition pedals, shift knob, and door sills, as well as a body kit on it. with an added 5 hp. plus it just looks alot better than the normal 01's
