Q: Hi there, Can any one please let me know what a cheap but very effective upgrade one can do to a 1989 240sx, my 240 is sorta slow and am also a lil broke at the moment so pls give me some ideas thanks.. mines bone stuck at the moment..am thinking of getting a nice sounding exhaust but probably just for the sound Cheap Reliable.....its a mod..so please let ur suggestions at least make it go a lil faster
A: You are broke and you want to buy an exhaust that is just for sound? So you are broke and you don't even want something that will give you some go? Will a loud exhaust get you laid or something? Save your money. If you hang out on any nissan/240sx forum for more then a week you will learn that bolt ons to the KA will never give more then 20hp. Getting over 200hp with bolt ons takes $1000's of dollars. Just save up for a turbo. For $2000 you can double your hp and drive for years. www.ka-t.org
