A: The cheapest way is around $90,000 where you can buy a Skyline from Europe, get the steering and gas/brake pedals changed to the other side and get a new U.S. spec catylitic converter that fits in the Skyline so it can be street legal in the U.S. Then pay $15,000 to ship it over and import it. The current Nissan 350z is just as fast. Same 0-60 time and same top speed and much cheaper.
