Q: I have wanted this car for almost 10 years and i can finally buy it and tune it up as best as i can if not i will be getting the toyota supra. Please who knows if this car is legal because I'm getting it imported from Japan and people said it might be illegal.
A: Each state differs on this but the general rule of the US gov is the Spec 2 R33 models are able to be imported due to the crash test results from Motorex which was shoved in there face so they had to allow them,other models bought in before this law change are classed as being legal,but them and the R33 Spec 2 models have to meet US regs and any extra regs which are required in the state the car is going to be used in. Also some states do not allow the Skyline at all,so something which you need to find out about where you live as general information may not help you.
