A: The 1990-1996 300ZX Twin Turbo would be your best bet. Turbo cars react very well to mods. Just a simple catback exhaust and intake will gain you more than you'd see on most NA cars. All that being said, its not the easiest car to work on. The engine bay is very cramped and parts are not cheap.
