A: The fuel filter is under the van by the fuel tank. There might be a cover you have to take off to get to it. You will need a phillips screwdriver and maybe a pair of plyers. The hoses will not come off easy but you just have to keep working at it. You should pull the fuel pump fuse then start the engine and let if run till it dies so you don't have any fuel pressure when you remove the hoses from the filter.
