Q: what is the easiest way to remove the o2 sensor in the exaust manifold its crammed up between the exaust and the floor on the passenger side. its hard to get an wrench to and the socket i have fits fine but leaves no room for the socket wrench. any ideas? ok maybe im lookin in the wrong spot, ill have another look tomorrow after work.
A: The O2 sensor on the exhaust manifold is at the front of the car in the center. You must be talking about the rear O2 sensor after the catalytic converter. You can get an O2 socket from most parts stores. You can get your ratchet (socket wrench) on there that way.
