A: The car does not REQUIRE premium gas, but the dealership may recommend using midgrade or premium gas to help "clean" and "condition" the motor. Premium gas is simply unleaded octane more purely refined and has some additives to help improve mileage slightly and help keep your car's engine in better shape, all while burning cleaner. Good luck!
