Q: I have a base model Nissan Sentra (2006) It's has the standard engine 1.8 Petro. It's rated @ 126 H.P. I'd like to add another 20 to by making some changes. I'm looking for recommendations. I love the car, I bought It new and it now has 38K miles on it. It could use some extra zip though.
A: Weapon-R Dragon Air Intake or other cold air intake, hi-flow exhaust system, bigger throttle body, underdrive crank pulley. all of these together will run you under 1000$ if done right and could gain you 20plus HP easy. heck, a performance chip alone could add close to 20 HP in some cases. dropping the car a few inches will add to the aerodynamics of the car too. also you could use carbon fiber wherever you can and empty out unnecessary items in the car (lighter is faster!!!!)......HAVE FUN!!!!!!
