A: the best place for all mitsubishi tunning is AMS they are in Illinois find them on the web(AMS Performance) not cheap $250.00 to $300.00 an hour for dyno time. Installation for a turbo kit at most places will run from $500.00 and up!! depending on the kit you get and how much fabrication is needed. Didn't say what year your car was 90-94 worth the money but with stock internals only about 7-10 pounds of boost 95-99 don't waste your money those non-turbo motors(420a) are not strong. Cheaper to sell your car and find a gst(front wheel drive) or gsx(all wheel drive) they have the turbo stock and can be modded fairly easy.
