A: The Galants are good cars and are reliable. Depending on what year you're talking about, amenities vary. If you're expecting a Camry or Accord like drivability, look else where 'coz the Galant is not either. The base models of the new Galant are underpowered but the V6's have more than enough under the hood. Sometimes more than the car can handle. Stepping on the gas pedal from a stop can spin the front wheels and you just sit there waiting for the car to go. It's fun at first when you see smoke from the tires but the fun can wear off quickly.
