A: Well, yes, it is a good first car. My friend had one at 15. They are fuel efficient, easy to fix, don't cost alot. Insurance will always be high for young drivers, no matter what. That is inevitable... But you have made a good choice picking the eclipse. Although, from personal experience let me just let you in on a little something... eclipses are notorious for breakdowns. Especially the older ones. Just watch out, and DON'T race.
